Directions to NBI Clearance Office

Clearance Office of National Bureau of Investigation or NBI is located on the 5th Floor of Victory Central Mall, #717 Old Victory Liner Compound, Rizal Avenue, Monumento, Caloocan City. Victory Central Mall is just walking distance from Monumento Station of LRT-1. It's not advisable to bring cars to the location as it's almost impossible to park anywhere in the area because it's highly congested. You can park in paid basement parking of Ever Gotesco but traffic here is so terrible.

The best way is to leave your car at home or in one of the parking areas near any stations and take MRT-3 north bound if you are coming from the area of Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig and other nearby areas. Get off at North Edsa Station and ride a north bound bus that will bring you to Roosevelt Station of LRT 1. Take another train ride and get off at Monumento Station. You have the option of going all the way to Monumento on board Monumento bound bus, but LRT-1 is faster. Besides, when you take a bus, aside from heavy traffic, you have to walk way too far to get to Victory Central Mall.

If you will be coming from Paranaque, Pasay and Manila area, these include applicants from Cavite, Laguna and the rest of Southern Tagalog, it's always practical to take the LRT-1 up to Monumento Station. Most of the terminals of buses coming in from Southern Tagalog provinces are located near LRT-1 stations like in Gil Puyat Station where there are about five provincial bus terminals.

If you are coming from Northern Luzon, two bus companies go directly to Monumento as they have terminals exactly located right near LRT-1 Monumento Station - Victory Liner and Sierra Madre Transport. Just travel on board one of these buses.
