From the terminal, the jeepneys take the direction of Pablo Ocampo (Vito Cruz) eastward, turn right onto Arellano Avenue, turn left on Zobel-Roxas Avenue and stay there all the way up to the tip of the road. Along the way, these jeepneys cross intersections of Enrique, Mercedes, Bautista, Fernando, Conchu, T. Ayala, Dian, Jacobo, Espiritu, Alfonso, Filmore, Taal, G. Del Pilar, Lemery and the major intersction of Osmena Highway, also known as S. Superhighway, before crossing PNR Vito Cruz Station, in that order. Next to PNR is Kamagong Street.
