The first building which is situated at the corner of V.A. Rufino Street and Ayala Avenue is Rufino Plaza. It is followed by an old building of Ayala Life which is now vacated. Third building is Standard Chartered Bank Building, then an open space and then there's an unfinished building supposedly the JAKA Tower, and next to it is the building of a popular call center company called Convergys, located at the corner of Ayala Avenue and H.V.
